Owns this car

Our 2024 Ford Escape has been excellent. We bought the ST Line package and its performance has been flawless in the 1st 5 months. Really like the heated steering wheel included with the Cold Weather Package and the safety features of Tech Package 1.

Bought this escape in Feb 2025 traders 2020 escape. The escape interior was comfortable, the seats never bothered me or wife, but passenger seat is painful to sit in! The material doesn't support your, causing your back to hurt! Notified FORD but they don't care! No return calls from Ford escalation team! Dont't waste YOUR MONEY ON A FORD!

I purchased this car as a new unit.

I purchased this car as a new unit. However other than the fact that the cargo area has pet hairs the interior was like new. There is a noticeable engine vibration while at a stop with engine engaged. As well as a worrisome vibration emanating from the driveline. Dealership suggested that my "NEW" factory tires and wheels could need balancing. Keeping in mind this is a new car with only 32 miles . It is noted having all wheels and tires balanced by an independent garage made no difference. The best the selling dealership could do is give me an appointment for mid March. I don't know if what I am experiencing is a one off or if the system is awash with affected Ford Escapes.
