The Flex, Ford’s three-row crossover, gets a new trim level for 2011 called the Titanium. It will top the previous range-topper, the Limited, and start at $40,340 before a $775 destination charge.
The package adds a number of features to the Limited’s equipment, including:
Four exterior colors: Red Candy, White Platinum, Tuxedo Black and Ingot Silver with new Tuxedo Black two-tone roof
Blackout treatment for headlamps and taillamps
Black chrome finish grille with Flex badging on the leading edge of the hood
Black chrome belt line moldings, fog lamp bezels and side-view mirror skull
20-inch 10-spoke wheels are polished aluminum
Charcoal black leather-trimmed seats with gray Alcantara suede inserts
The rest of the lineup gets modest price bumps of around $125 but no significant equipment changes. The 2011 SE starts at $29,075, SEL at $31,875 and the Limited at $37,845.
The 2011s are arriving at dealers now, so if you’re not interested in a Titanium edition, the 2010s have cash-back offers, $2,500 in most areas. Check Ford’s website for deals in your area.
