The BMW X1 has been on sale in Europe for a couple of years, and it will come to the U.S. this fall. The small crossover offers a unique blend of interior room, style and, surprisingly for a BMW, affordability, says Cars.com editor Mike Hanley. Although the interior gets higher-quality materials for the U.S. model, it doesn’t feel as luxurious inside, Hanley says.
