2014 Nissan Rogue: Trim Level Breakdown

Nissan just announced its redesigned Rogue SUV will go on sale this November with a starting price of $23,350 including destination. That’s a significant increase from the 2013’s Nissan Rogue $21,170 starting price but less than the Toyota RAV4 and Honda CR-V.

But sometimes it isn’t the starting price that determines the best value. Automakers attach different features to their varying trim levels, and those trim names, of course, vary from brand to brand.  

Luckily Nissan carries over the trim designations from the outgoing Rogue SUV for the 2014 model year. The base level is the S, followed by the SV and the top-line SL. All three models come standard with front-wheel drive; all-wheel drive (AWD) is optional across the lineup. Check out trim level pricing below; all prices include destination.

2014 Nissan Rogue S: $23,350 with front-wheel drive, $24,700 with AWD. 

Standards: The 2014 model year Rogue comes standard with 5-inch center meter color display, four-speaker AM/FM/CD audio system with auxiliary audio input jack, power door locks with auto-locking feature, LED maplights, USB port, RearView Monitor and Bluetooth streaming audio with hands-free text messaging and hill descent control (all-wheel-drive models)

Options: the Nissan Rogue Family Package ($1,190 includes third-row seating, run-flat tires and privacy glass)

2014 Nissan Rogue SV: SV $25,090 Rogue with front-wheel drive, SV $26,440 Nissan Rogue with AWD.

Standards: adds 17-inch aluminum-alloy wheels, dual-zone automatic climate control, privacy glass, Nissan Intelligent Key with push-button ignition, six-way power driver’s seat, power driver’s seat lumbar support, SiriusXM satellite radio (subscription required), NissanConnect Apps, two additional audio system speakers, roof rails and Smart Auto on/off headlights.

Options: the Moonroof Package ($1,320 includes a power panoramic moonroof), the Family Package ($940 includes third-row seating and run-flat tires), the Premium Package ($1,420 includes NissanConnect with navigation, Around View Monitor, blind spot warning, lane departure warning, moving object detection and a power liftgate), fog lamps ($310) and an auto-dimming rearview mirror ($305)

2014 Nissan Rogue SL: $28,930 with front-wheel drive, $30,280 with all-wheel drive

Standards: adds leather-appointed seating to the Nissan Rogue SUV, Bose audio system with nine speakers, NissanConnect with navigation, 7-inch color touch-screen display, power liftgate, Around View Monitor, 18-inch aluminum-alloy wheels, fog lights, Quick Comfort heated front seats and outside mirrors, and leather-wrapped steering wheel and shift knob.

Options: Premium Package ($1,990 includes power panoramic moonroof, LED headlights with auto levelizer, blind spot warning, lane departure warning, moving object detection and forward collision warning) and an auto-dimming rearview mirror ($305)
