The problem: The air conditioning or heating may be inoperative. This may be due to a faulty air-conditioning sensor.
Vehicles affected by service bulletin:
- 2015 Volkswagen e-Golf
- 2016 Volkswagen e-Golf
Corrective action: Dealers will replace the faulty air-conditioning line-sensor assembly.
Warranty info: This service is being performed free of charge under Volkswagen’s new-car warranty.
