2015 Ford F-150 Shift Issue

The problem: Drivers may experience a harsh or firm downshift from 5th to 4th gear. This is due to a software glitch in the powertrain control module.
Corrective action: Dealers will update the PCM software.
Warranty info: This service bulletin is being performed free of charge under the new vehicle warranty.
