Vehicles Affected: Approximately 430 model-year 2019 Maserati Levante SUVs equipped with full LED headlights with the adaptive front lighting system

The Problem: The headlights may be misadjusted above the maximum height allowed, possibly impairing other driver’s visibility on the roadway and affecting the visibility of oncoming traffic, increasing the risk of a crash.

The Fix: Dealers will adjust the headlights for free.

What Owners Should Do: Maserati will begin notifying owners Aug. 26. Owners can call the automaker at 877-696-2737, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s vehicle-safety hotline at 888-327-4236 or visit its website to check their vehicle identification number and learn more.
