The $30,000 Cheap Speed Challenge

Performance cars can be fun, but they can also be expensive. We’ve gathered a group that roars but won’t cost a fortune. We set a price cap of $30,000 and put the cars through more rigorous testing than in most of our Challenges. We had our judges join experts from USA Today and “MotorWeek” as well as an in-market shopper to evaluate them. Here’s what they found.
