Beware of Service Department

I dropped off my QX80 back in May 2022 to get the BCI Malfunction corrected. My service rep and service manager indicated the malfunction was related to sunlight or dirt on my car. They indicated they could not replicate the error or find an error code in the car. The error code/malfunction came on as I left the lot after paying the diagnostic fee for nothing. I called and left a voicemail with my service rep each time I drove the car for days after....as the light continued to come on. Several mechanics in Columbia warned me about Dick Smith and encouraged me to call dealers in surrounding cities. One call to Baker in Charleston was all it took. They immediately recognized the error and arranged the fix, under warranty. I can't ever trust your service department to provide actual assistance ever again.

Still Loyal

They do a very good job of taking care of my (almost) 12 year old Infiniti. It still runs like a new car and I enjoy dealing with the Service Department people.

Professional and Friendly Staff

Great customer service. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. No long wait. A loaner vehicle was provided, and my car was finished in 5hrs. I was also able to apply a discount coupon toward the cost!!!

Huge waste of my time.

Called to ask if my trunk lid should open all the way. Tech said probably bad struts that can be fixed under warranty. Made appointment. Spent most of a Saturday. 3 hrs round trip. Car returned with same "problem". When I asked why the trunk still won't pop open they said it's not supposed to fully open. I asked if struts were replaced and they said yes. I said why did you do that if it would make no difference? Blank stares. Make sure you ask the same question three different ways or the same will happen to you.


Easy as 1-2-3

I am still in shock at how easy the entire process was. We drove 80 miles (3 Infiniti dealers closer to home) because the customer service on the phone was so great. Keith Stokes and Marshall New made what is usually a very tough process a very simple & pleasant one. We were in & out in 2.5 hours with a new car. Everyone in the dealership was awesome. We drove away in a beautiful QX60 and are thrilled with the car. I don't think we'll be buying another car for awhile, but when we do, we will return to Dick Smith Infiniti!


Exceptionnal Dealership

The fact that I have purchased three automobiles and serviced five automobiles at this dealership, speaks volumes for the exceptional rating Dick Smith Infiniti receives. The buying process couldn't have been easier or handled more efficiently. Personnel are great - friendly and helpful. Service is easily scheduled and accurately handled. Who could ask for more?
