Excellent attentive service that was timely by friendly service personnel in Jared Young. He's provided excellent customer service for the 20 months we have had our RX 350 and is a pleasure to work with at Hendrick Lexus in Charleston.

Disappointed
I love my car(ES350) but the service depart is brought to question. I went in for a ,25,000 miles maintenance check which included oil change, tire rotation and filter checks; my bill was $528.00 which i felt was over priced. Much to my surprise $348 of the cost was labor. I am afraid what my bill would be if there was a problem with the car. Well anyone looking to go for repairs I suggest you think twice before going .

Warranty recall
Hendricks Lexus is very professional dealership with great employees who are committed to customer service . I had a recall on my Lexus GX 460 , they provided me with a loaner vehicle during the repair period . Nickolas called me later Saturday morning and informed me that the part was missing a seal and would not be ready until Monday after lunch . They called me around 1pm and said the vehicle was ready , they did a great job of taking care of the issue and made sure we were satisfied . Great place to purchase and get your vehicle serviced , they are committed to customer service .
