I received excellent service. My vehicle was ready earlier than expected. Eric Schneider took time to figure out what was wrong with my radio. He also synched my phone to the car.

We bought a Lexus Hybrid in 2015. The car has been great and the service exceptional. Jared Young provided professional and responsive service today answering all of my questions concerning the 60K service. Sam Aby provided the information I needed to consider buying a new SUV. Both of these men are top-notch.

Lexus of Charleston-Service-Nick Judkins

I scheduled the service visit online. This process is convenient and simple. The service department opened promptly at 0800 and I was immediately greeted by our Service Advisor, Nick Judkins. Nick was professional in his appearance and demeanor. He explained what would be included in the 95K mile services and noted my concern about the back up sensors. Service was completed and I was on my way at 0930. Greatly appreciate the car wash, excellent service, and the safe environment (COVID-19). We purchased our car from this dealer (used) and have been most pleased. We always recommend to our family and friends.

Great Service

Every time I have brought my 2018 NX in for service, it has been a great experience. I normally work with Jared Young who is very professional, kind, considerate and knows his job very well. I'm stuck on Lexus for any future auto purchases. The care and service is #1.

Everyone was pleasant . When you come in for a repair the advisor welcome you. My car was repaired in a timely manner. Everything was explained to me throughly what was wrong with my vehicle. So I would recommend Lexus to anyone of my friends.
