Lexus recall service

We had to bring our Lexus RX in for required recall updates. Tamara Tobin was our customer service rep and she did an awesome job in getting us processed quickly and efficiently. She arranged for a loaner car so we didn?t have to spend the day waiting in the lobby. Because we live a couple hours away, she made extra effort to get us finished early so our drive home wouldn?t be too late. Thanks, Tamara!

It was 330p on Friday and my wife said she had a low tire...

It was 330p on Friday and my wife said she had a low tire pressure indicator light on. I called Jared. He got me right in...and out on late Friday afternoon. That's why I called Jared @ Lexus.

Friendly, helpful, attentive, agreeable

Lexus had recalls, scheduled appointment, had to reschedule, very agreeable to making the change. Corporate a pleasure to deal with, great experience with dealership and Jared Young.

Great Service

My experience is always great there. I used to have a Benz and the Lexus people much more courteous and helpful. My service writer is Jared Young and he's terrific, all of the people there are great.

I was intending to wait while my car was being repaired,...

I was intending to wait while my car was being repaired, but When it appeared that the time required to complete the would exceed 3 hours, Erik Schneider, my maintenance consultant, provided me with a loaner car. I very much appreciated the offer since it permitted me to complete my planned chores. The Dealership is always clean and a quiet place to relax while waiting
