Excellent experience

I purchased a pre-owned Porsche from Hendrick Lexus Charleston. The entire experience was excellent. The employees were extremely helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase or service a car.

40,000 mile routine maintenance

Excellent Service. From check-in to check-out everyone was very helpful and pleasant. A special "shout out to Jared Young.. I also very much appreciate the diligent precautions taken due the pandemic. Thank you

Bad experience

I recently purchased a vehicle at this dealership and had multiple issues. Although the salesperson tried to be helpful, I found the dealership to be unprofessional and unresponsive. The finance manager got visible upset with me when I would not agree to his up-sell warranties on the vehicle. This is not a dealership that offers customer satisfaction. I expected more from a Lexus dealership and would never go back there to purchase another vehicle.

Not great communication

Scheduled service appointment for oil change and to have fuel pump replaced as part of a recall. I had to keep calling back to check if the recall part was in stock. I finally got confirmation it was in. I brought my vehicle in and was told it had too much gas in it to change the fuel pump out. This should have been communicated to me before I brought it in. Now I have to schedule another appointment to have this done and make sure I only have a 1/4 tank of gas when I bring it in. Too much of an hassle to get service on a recall.
