I always receive great service with Jared Young. Jared Young is knowledgeable and always on top of his game. The people are friendly and the service team always does a great job with my car.

I am not one to write reviews. However, Hendrick Lexus is Top Notch and deserves some acknowledgment. I brought in my old 2005 LS and Jared Young and Andrew met me at my car as soon as I opened the door. They offered assistance without rush as I my cell phone interrupted their greeting. After my phone call, they led me into their office and treated me as though I was driving a 2020. Jared told me how the service should take place and what he and Andrew would do and what to expect. Plans went just as they described and I could not be happier with the service and effort put forth by the entire team. When I returned to pick up my LS, Jared and Andrew were at lunch and I did not get a chance to thank them. Thank you both! I cannot forget the gentleman who help me in their absence. I did not get his name, but he too, was very professional and treated me with genuine respect and not rushed.

Tamra Tobin has been our go to person for service at Hendrick Lexus. Tamra is knowledgeable, courteous, on time and always wearing a smile. She knows our vehicle and reminds us of what will need to be done on our next maintenance visit. Mike Graber is our go to person when we are looking to purchase a new vehicle. Mike is always up to date on the newer models. We always leave well informed and completely satisfied. A great experience in each visit.

I had a wonderful experience from the scheduling of my appointment until I drove off the lot that afternoon. I was greeted quickly and in a very welcoming way. Eric Schneider was helpful and took the time to go over my checklist thoroughly. Overall: a great low stress experience.

Jared Young has helped me on numerous occasions when I bring my RX 350 in for service of any kind. Since I don't put many miles on my SUV, he lets me know the extent of future services and when to bring it in. Hendrick Lexus has been outstanding dealing with the fuel pump and emissions issues.
