Called this dealership for a test drive of a Miata ,arrived at dealership at appointed time and met with sales person . He was very polite showed us the car we requested talked about the car and gave us the keys. Was impressed with their trust in letting take the car , when test drive was over talked to sales about price and told him we had other appointments to look at cars at other dealers . He was fine with that and said to call him how ever we decided , there was no pressure on us to buy the car and left feeling very comfortable with dealership . We did return after going to other dealerships and purchase the car we test drove and were very pleased with the buying process .

Accommodating
I arrived at 5:30 unaware that they close at 6:00, however they still were able to do my oil change and tire rotation, with a smile. I was very grateful!

Great service
Your service dept has always been respectful, polite, and timely with the service they provide. This time in particular I was very happy with the service I received from Matt (I believe that was his name). Originally I requested the shuttle can to take me back to work but when he saw that my car needed recall repairs he said it would take longer than just an oil change. I had to be in Oshkosh that afternoon and needed my car. He then offered a loaner car for the day so I could still make it to Oshkosh. That is what I call exceptional service. That is hard to find these days and I will continue to go to Bergstrom for all my service needs as you have always taken care of me without pressuring me or lying to me about what my car needs or doesn't need fixed. Professional and caring.
Everything is first class compared to Holiday Automotive. I now have Bergstrom license plate frames on my vehicle and tell everybody to use Bergstrom for sales and parts/service.

follow up lacking
We were looking for specific info from them. Had one of their sales staff contact us with info. We were expecting follow up contact and did not get another call until one week later with no info requested.

Good service, more communication needed
Once all the basic steps were taken care of (cabin refresh, them getting the part in, etc) the process for getting my radio fixed was rather smooth.
