Our Pathfinder was having climate control issues. The first time they had it for 3 days and it appeared to be fixed for a couple of hours, them the same issue returned. But Bergstrom Service Dept. was patient and persistent and fixed the problem the following week. Service Dept. was always courteous and professional and offered a loaner car the second time they had our car, but we didn't need to take advantage of the offer, though it was greatly appreciated! Kudos to Bergstrom Service Dept. for their customer service!
