Joey was a great salesman and did an awesome job of fielding my questions (I ask a lot). Even if I would have walked away empty-handed I still would have enjoyed how personable he and Matt from accounting were. The lady at the front desk marked the first impression for the dealership and she was so lovely! I want to say her name is Karen, but forgive me if I’m wrong. Did I at some point feel like I was being held hostage? Yes. Did I end up being freed with a sick new ride in tow? Also yes! All jokes aside it was a good car buying experience, about as good as I could have hoped for as a first time buyer.
