I went to the dealership to test drive a new Tacoma and

I went to the dealership to test drive a new Tacoma and drove off the lot with it! Connor is fine young man who is very knowledgeable about the brand and truck segment. He makes his customers feel very comfortable throughout the entire process and strives to ensure that you are satisfied with the purchase. He goes out of his way to make the deal work for you. I hope he’s still there when I purchase my next Toyota!

Brandon was great, very friendly and easy to talk to, and

Brandon was great, very friendly and easy to talk to, and not pushy at all. Dealership is very clean and Brandon was ready to help us as soon as we arrived for our 2pm appointment. A couple of things that were a bummer: - $2000 markup on the car for “pinstripe” and “window tinting. Clear cash grab by the dealership, completely unnecessary. - hard sell from the finance guy on the extended warranty was very annoying. I had to refuse 3 separate times.

We had a fantastic experience. Matt Gladwell was clear and professional. We're not people who buy cars often and we felt completely comfortable. When I had questions, he had answers. I felt like he had my best interests in mind when he told me the xxxxxxand con's based on what I was looking for. Matt Kinard in finance was just as professional and walked us through all the paperwork and questions with ease. We're happy with our new Tacoma and having the Fred Anderson warranty gives us peace of mind for the future. Thanks for the positive experience!
