I was pleased that Marissa is a salesperson at Toyota. My purchasing process was very pleasant and everything worked perfectly. I am very grateful for her wonderful attention, very intelligent, patient and very detailed with the client... oh, and above all, she has integrity in business! I would return a thousand times to do business with her. Toyota, you have the best!

Connor was amazing.

Connor was amazing. In addition to his friendly, easy going nature, I appreciate that he undertook a very thorough assessment of my needs and preferences and didn't try to pressure me into anything. It was apparent that he really knew his stuff and could answer my questions honestly and accurately. He also wants customers to be satisfied, so he's been attentive with follow up to make sure that I was happy! Additionally, Matt in Finance was very low pressure, kind and explained complicated documents in an accessible way. My car buying experience here was completely unexpected in a positive way. Thankful to our sales agent Brent Poling for his assistance from the time we got into the dealership up until driving home our dream vehicle. He was accommodating and kind in answering all our queries. He kept us updated to keep track of the vehicle’s availability. It wasn’t a long wait though knowing Sequoias are always pre-sold but heck yeah! 1 month of waiting is not bad at all.
