Singing praises to Anthony Casiechitty. for all his support and guidance in my recent Tacoma purchase. Thoroughly enjoyed working with Anthony! So many Americans shop at Toyota, because the "brand" equals quality. That is a given. But what makes the difference when purchasing a Toyota is the sales professional. I was blessed to be partnered with Anthony!! What a joy, pleasure and "difference maker" it was to work with Anthony. He went to bat for me and put me first. That is a rarity in the "car market" these days! A true hard working professional!

We could not be more pleased with our auto sales

We could not be more pleased with our auto sales experience! From the first day I connected with Eddie Cooks by text until we shook hands over our 2024 Toyota Highlander Hybrid, I was treated with respect and was never left wondering where we were in the process. Especially for those who, like us, have to drive a long way to reach Fred Anderson (Charleston), it was critical I had confidence in my sales consultant. Eddie was thorough, attentive, honest, and very well informed. I actually felt like Eddie was looking out for me and my wife. We sold our 2015 Highlander Hybrid for the same process offered by any other dealership or internet service and the cost of the car was exactly what Eddie said it would be... no hidden fees, no surprises. There is simply nothing I could recommend for improvement and I can't imagine how Eddie Cooks could be a better sales consultant.

Everyone at the dealership was friendly and made me feel welcome without pressuring me into anything. Maressa greeted me at the door and was very helpful during the entire process. She worked with me to make a deal that was fair and continued to check in even after the deal was done to make sure I didn’t have any other questions.
