Efficient

I exchanged several emails with Dana over the course of a few months. She was able to provide me with the answers to all of my questions in a timely manner and even give me an expected delivery date for futures vehicles due in from the port. On the night I purchased my 4Runner, I was assisted by Justin. He was very patient as we walked into the dealership 30 minutes before they closed and didn't leave until 2.5 hours after closing. Justin did a great job covering the entire basis and making sure we were taken care of. As a Veteran, Justin knows how to treat military personnel and veterans in a way we are used to communicating. Great experience.

Justin was great to work with and found me the perfect car

I love my new car and had a great experience while at Toyota! Justin was very friendly and worked with me to get me what I was looking for for the best deal! All other staff I worked with was very friendly as well and made for a great experience at Toyota.

Professional Experience

This is the second car I purchased, as well as sending two others to buy from Matthew Laurence this year. He is very knowledgeable of your Toyota products and does a great job selling the car that fits our needs - rather than just pushing for the sale. He (and others at your dealership) make the car buying process a simple and less stressful experience - this would include my recent experience with your Business Manager, Blake Dunn and Service Manager Andy Miller - they will keep me coming back for service and future purchases.

Fantastic!!

Never in my life have I had such an easy experience purchasing a new car. I worked with Ashley who not only was friendly and professional but very informative. She worked with me on getting what I wanted and what was best for my budget. . Her friendliness put me at ease and made it easier to work with her. She treats and talks to you as a person not like you are another sale. I highly recommend this dealership and overall especially this sales associate.

Great Car Buying Experience Again!

This is the second Toyota I puchased this year from Matthew Laurence. He is a very knowledge, personable and professional sales rep. for Fred Anderson Toyota, who makes the car buying process almost a pleasurable experience! He will sell you a car based upon its merits and whether it fits your expressed needs, rather than resorting to simple pressure tactics to make a sale. I would recommend asking for Matthew, if interested in learning about and possibly purchasing a Toyota - I sent my brother and a family friend to him this past year, both bought from him and had a great buying experience as well.I couldn't recommend a dealership based simply on one employee's actions. The entire car buying process concerning the closing paper work with Blake Dunn to service work handled by Andy Miller makes this a great place to do business with!

it was a great experience

Most professional and customer focused staff anywhere !

The service I received is the best I have ever received from any other dealership. Steve Darling is top notch and an asset to the dealership. Steve listened to what I wanted and answered every question. In the end I found what I needed and Steve made the process easy and very comfortable.
