Bad situation turned good

See below first. When I picked up my car the second day, Mark took full responsibility for dropping the ball and leaving something out that needed to be done. He apologized several times and was very professional about the whole situation. Everyone makes mistakes, but for Mark to admit he made a mistake instead of blaming someone or something else really meant alot. THAT is customer service and I very much appreciate that.

A great experience

We looked on line at many cars and ratings before deciding to visit Fred Anderson to look at the new Camry's. We were not pressured and Ally our salesperson was very patient and helpful in helping us while we decided color and interior. She answered any questions we had quickly and honestly. Everyone was friendly which helped to make our buying easy and enjoyable.

Great Experience!

I was ready to trade-in my old car and Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston was the first place I stopped. I had looked online at their selection and thought their prices were good compared to other dealers in the area. When I got there I was greeted by Ally and she was wonderful to work with. She was able to provide me with the information I needed about the car I was looking at and she made the buying process a breeze. She had a great personality and a welcoming attitude. She listened to my needs and was able to get me a good deal. In the financing department I worked with Eddie and he was so nice. Very knowledgeable and was able to get me approved with financing that met my overall needs. I would recommend Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston to anyone who was in the market to purchase a vehicle. Everyone made the process easy and without stress. Great team of people who work there!

A surprisingly wonderful experience

My saleswoman Tonya was very helpful and even though Kenny and others were not involved in my sale, they found time to lend a hand. Wonderful teamwork and I would definitely recommend this dealership to others.

Knowledgable/Professional/Excellent

It has been a while since I have purchased a new vehicle. I had a wonderful experience at this dealership, especially with Matt Laurence leading the way. He listened to what I was looking for, made some great suggestions, and ended up putting me in a vehicle that was a perfect fit. Excellent customer service

After visiting three dealerships without any luck, I was feeling upset, frustrated and defeated; then I went to Fred Anderson Toyota and Dennis and Matt helped me out and found me a car I could afford and was ecstatic about. I honestly can't tell you how happy I am with the entire experience. I don't write reviews at all for anything, but I felt compelled to write this one because more people need to know how great the people are service is at Fred Anderson.

Excellent service

Neat and clean waiting area. Bathrooms are spotless. Easy check-in and check-out. Time stated it would take to wait on vehicle was spot on accurate.

Great Sales Staff, Decent Visible Selection.

I came in to the dealership looking for a very specific type of vehicle and was unsure if yall had what I wanted. I talked with one of your salesmen, John Arent, and he showedne exactly what I was looking for, nothing more, nothing less which is exactly what I wanted. I knew what I wanted, I had been researching for quite sometime now and I didn't want "the runaround" that you get at some dealerships. John Arent was exceptional at interpersonal communications and was extremely likable and friendly. If every salesman I ever deal with for the rest of my life is as good as John Arent, I'll consider myself lucky.

Very accommodating. Friendly clean atmosphere.

We were on vacation when our 10,000 mile service was due. Coming from NY we were pleasantly surprised by the southern hospitality shown to us and how quickly a appointment was made. While at the dealership we were approached by a number of employees asking if there was anything they could do for us. Andy was our initial contact who was I can't say enough about and how pleasant he was. Even our car was washed at time of pick up. Thanks for everything.
