I was in the market for a 2015 Toyota Tundra Platinum in White and looked all over the east coast and was able to find one at Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston. I was fortunate to have Dana Scarborough representing that dealership and work with me. She was great! She was the first of all the dealerships I went to that actually gave me a straight, no nonsense in writing here is the vehicle and here are the charges. That was such a relief as she didn't play games just here it is. She also contacted me later to let me know she wanted to earn my business and came down on the price. Unfortunately this location is 8+ hours from our house and we were able to find one that was 2 hours away and went that route. But, except for the distance, we would have purchased from Dana! She is such an asset to any dealership and I am pleased that I was able to work with her even if for a short time. Just wanted you to know what a jewel she is! Thank you Dana!!!! You rock! We were quite pleased with the level of customer service we received throughout the buying process. From our initial online contact with Dana and Joey to the sales floor interactions with Brent, and the business end with Blake, I can't think of anything I would recommend improving about the sales process. Also, kudos to Brent again for going above and beyond to coordinate with Service to install an option after we had taken delivery, and keeping the channels of communication open throughout the entire process. Great job - we will see you again in the future for another vehicle purchase!

I'd recently had an awful experience at another dealership and walked in just to browse. As a female that's purchased 3 vehicles in the past year, I often feel as though dealerships and service centers aren't always upfront, but Ally was SO WONDERFUL! I'd go back to buy a vehicle from her any day! Everyone was honest and didn't rush me into anything. I was able to call someone I trusted to give me a second opinion on the vehicle, without feeling like I was inconveniencing her. When I confronted them with my concerns about my budget, they were flexible and did everything in their power to get me the vehicle I'd fallen in love with!

Eddie got me in a Toyota Corolla LE and I love it. I also got the extended warranty 70,000 miles/ 7 years so I can drive this without worry for a long time. I also love that I get free oil changes for life and car wash with each service. Alesia Durr was also very helpful and was very patient with me my mind tends to wander under stress. The dealership is also in a great location being so close to the interstate.

I just bought a limited edition 4Runner (brand new), and the service was impeccable! Eddie went over every single detail within the car, and he made sure I knew everything about the vehicle before I left the dealership. Curt Ammerall did a great job finding me a truck. Brent Poling did a great job with the Sales and Aleisa Durr was very quick and efficient in the finance department. Getting in and out quickly was very helpful.
