I was well pleased with my experience at Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston, especially with Dale Mattingly, sales associate, as my guide. Dale was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable about the models, features and reviews. He patiently explained several models, as I narrowed down my choices. I selected a Prius V and he found just the color and options that I preferred. The paperwork and financial aspects were handled efficiently. Dale went above and beyond by introducing me to the service department, setting up all my electronic "gadgets" and making me comfortable with my new vehicle. Overall, this was about the best car purchasing experience I have had. No pressure, friendly staff.

Like many people, I was upside down in a bad vehicle. I was hesitant to even try to get out of a bad car and bad situation. Matthew was honest and down to earth. I could tell that his experience helped me figure out a reasonable exit plan into a better vehicle without a huge increase in my payment. Since I had to deal with some negative equity, he found a fit for me in a Corolla. Eddie, in finance, also answered all my questions and treated me with dignity. It is not easy to be a single woman buying a car. I have been taken advantage of in the past, but I was able to turn this around thanks to Fred Anderson Toyota!

I purchased a Toyota Highlander from Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston. I was having difficulty finding the car I wanted and it was found at their dealership. The personnel were great, they were friendly, were all extremely helpful, well mannered, and knowledgeable of their products. They made me feel that they had my best interest at heart and really wanted to please me. I worked mainly with Steve Darling. Even after I purchased the vehicle he continued to keep in touch with me to be sure I was still satisfied with the car and to be sure to call on him if I had any questions or needed help in any way. He has put a new meaning to the words "car salesman". I have always been a Ford person and it was hard to give my Ford up but I am definitely happy with my Highlander. Thank you.

I brought my two young kids to the dealership prepared to be there for hours. Just as we got settled in the kids room and got a snack our car was already finished getting the 25,000 miles service.
