Great experience, excellent communication

I was greated at the door and clearly explained what was going to happen with my service. I was called on the phone to discuss optional services that were discovered and quoted pricing for the services. I was called when the service was completed and then greated again when I returned. Mark was the person I dealt with and he was excellent at communicating through the whole service.

Fred Anderson Toyota knows how to treat customers!

Pleasant and courteous service at the desk where I entered to check in for 10,000 mile maintenance. No delay in getting my Tundra to the back. All questions answered. Pleasant, and VERY comfortable waiting room with the best coffee/hot beverage machine ever. Loved the chairs with the attached side table and beverage holder. Spotless bathrooms. Hand decontaminator everywhere....so important where people are shaking hands all the time! My muddy truck was nice and clean when it came out. Oh, and I was able to check the Weather Channel on my Kindle with your free, easy-access wi-fi.

They made the process easy!

I had been in a car accident and was out browsing dealerships with no idea what I wanted. With my limited down payment and monthly payments, I was not expecting to be purchasing a new car. Justin Myers had me test drive a new Toyota Corolla and I fell in love with the car. Justin then worked with me for hours to find a way for me to purchase the car I wanted. I am absolutely in love with the car and could not have asked for a better salesman or experience at Toyota. I definitely recommend asking for Justin when you're thinking of buying a vehicle!

Excellent Customer Services

My service rep was excellent. Very efficient and very friendly. Explained what was done to the car and what service I still need to be performed. She was excellent and I would like to schedule future appointments with her.

Definitely recommend

I was an hour late for my appointment and they still, even though they were booked, serviced my car. The host who checked me in is always very helpful and courteous!

Tundra Purchase

We purchased a used 2010 Toyota Tundra yesterday from Matthew Laurence & Dana Scarborough. The truck was transferred from a sister dealership and arrived as scheduled as described. The entire experience was handled with professionalism and integrity. Matthew took his time with us and went the extra mile to make sure we were completely satisfied when we took possession of the truck. He was obviously very skilled and knowledgeable about his job and the Toyota Tundra and provided us with answers to all of our questions. More kudos go to Alesia in the finance office. She was friendly, professional and was a joy to deal with. She even gave us a great recommendation for lunch! We could not have been more satisfied with the dealership and every employee we encountered. We would definitely come back to Fred Anderson Toyota!
