Great Experience
Great purchasing experience. Steve was straight forward and very helpful. He answered all of my questions and was very professional. The entire process could not have gone smoother, from the initial internet contact, the negotiation process all the way through financial was great. Will definately make the 4 hour drive to Charleston to deal with Fred Anderson when I make my next car purchase.

From the moment we walked into the showroom, your receptionist recognized us and welcomed us warmly. We were treated like family. That was very important to us. Your General Manager and outstanding sales representative were exceptional. A special thank you to your fine young Finance Manager. He was excellent in helping us through the complex paper work, resulting in a positive financial outcome. A+ for Justin
A few days ago, I moved to the Charleston with little knowledge of the area. In need of a car I stopped at 3 dealerships, Kia, Ford, and Toyota. I had my eyes set on the Ford Fusion from the start but after visiting each location, it became clear that the Toyota family was for me. The price was unbeatable, the customer service was friendly and genuine, and the perks that come with purchasing a car from their location was incredible. I had the pleasure of dealing with Justin Myers, Danny Marflake and Blake Dunn. All of which gave incredible advise and absolutely sold me on the Camry. I not only recommend Fred Anderson Toyota as a whole but instruct anyone visiting to speak directly to the 3 representatives that helped me out. The Best Dealership in the area!!!
Always a great experience when I deal with this dealership. Traded in my 2015 Scion FR-S for a 2015 model. Told Matthew exactly what I was looking for and he delivered in quick order. Great Sales/Financing of a new 2015 4Runner
Kenny Fuqua was very friendly and informative as a salesman. I first was looking for a used 4Runner. He called me twice to let me know of used 4Runners in the area. Toyota's have such a great resale value, I decided to look at a new 2015 4Runner. I called and made an appointment with Kenny. I am so glad I did! It is an awesome car. I have never bought a new car before so this was very special! I also would like to talk about Blake Dunn. He was the finance person I worked with. He was wonderful. He went out of his way to get my payments affordable to me. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He did not rush and explained all of my options. Another staff member I need to mention is Ally Stewart. I came back to the dealership the next day and it was Kennys' day off. Ally installed my phone to the Entune program. She went out of her way to make sure the program was properly loaded.
