Excellent grades for Kenny and Tonya at Toyota of Charleston
I just bought a Camry and Kenny and Tonya were the ones who sold it to me. I negotiated with Kenny, while Tonya is the one I met on my second appointment when I actually bough the car. Kenny is young, relaxed, and comfortable. Never did I feel pushed at buying the car. He told me what he was able to do for me once I told him what I was offering. We came to an agreement that I thought was reasonable for both sides. As for Tonya, my experience with her is very professional and personable. Also with her, I never felt pushed at doing anything.

Great purchasing experience.
I inquired about a vehicle listed on the Fred Anderson web site and initially communicated with Joey Johnson. He listened and found the vehicle I was interested in. Joey was very prompt and referred me to Steve Darling to talk price. Steve and I negotiated a fair price for the new vehicle, agreed to a trade in value for my car, and a loan rate all by phone. My first contact with the dealership was by email at 10:00 am on Saturday morning. I drove the four hours to the dealership and took delivery Sunday afternoon. The purchase of my new vehicle was truely a great experience. Alesia in finance was friendly, organized and efficient. Steve was straight up and honest durning the negotiation process and when I got to the dealership I had no surprises. Based on this experience, my next vehicle purchase will be through a Fred Anderson dealership.

Above and Beyond!
Bill Utnick and Justin Myers were the dream team! They worked a deal up for our family on a new Highlander and got us everything exactly the way we wanted and beat our budgeted payment by $100 a month! We were so pleased We wanted to buy a second vehicle for my husband and yet again they went and made it happen. Customer service is 110% above and beyond what is expected at the dealership. Regardless of where we are living, we will be continuing to buy vehicles from these two for a long time to come. We just couldn't be any happier!

You really can get anything over the internet!
I am not one that would normally give kudos to a car dealership, having spent too many hours at dealerships waiting for my vehicle. But, I recently purchased a 2015 Toyota Tacoma from Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston without ever stepping foot on the premises. Everything was done over the phone or on-line. Matthew Laurence and Joey Johnson were extremely helpful and professional in every aspect, and kept me informed during all phases of the purchase. Matthew Laurence was very knowledgeable with the process and answered all of my questions. Bill Utnick in finance got all of the paperwork and financing taken care of so that when the truck was delivered to my door (yes, right to my door, three hours away!), all I had to do was sign the paperwork! Jimmy Yomans, who delivered the vehicle, represented the excellence and professionalism of the dealership as well. All went smoothly due to the great communications and excellent focus of the staff for customer satisfaction. I highly recommend these guys if you want a new vehicle, no matter where in the nation you are. TOP NOTCH!

Shelly Johnson was very helpful and offered to have a body shop come down and give me an estimate for my damage on my car. The guy from Coastal Body work was great! Very helpful..his name was Adam.
