I've been using Automation Sanford to servoxs.my.minivan for years. I especially like Travis, my service contact. He greets me by name. I have mobility ossies, and Travis goes out.of his way to help me with my walker, and makes getting into the customer waiting room easy.

AutoNation Honda Sanford - Customer service was awful.
AutoNation Honda Sanford - Customer service was awful. Nancy Bunton and Emmanuel Perez told me the SUV I bought was ready. I drove 92 miles to make the purchase. The vehicle was dirty inside and out. I had the SUV inspected two days later and several issues were found. Plus, the SUV was overrun with German Cockroaches. AutoNation falsely claims their cars are “worry-free and rigorously checked” and that all vehicles are cleaned and sanitized. My inquiries about the 90 day warranty went unanswered and eventually cost me $3,200. Emmanuel and Nancy rarely responded to my calls or text. The big question was about the warranty. I spoke to the Used Car Leader named Bill Johnson. Bill did not provide the requested warranty information either so I contacted his supervisor Michael Donaldson. Bill called me back, quite upset and lied to me for a third time in reference to the warranty coverage. The last step was reporting all this to Service Director Michael Donaldson, who in my opinion, could also care less. Nancy Bunton, Emmanuel Perez, Bill Johnson, and Michael Donaldson sold a vehicle and then refused any further customer service. All I wanted was the 90 day warranty information!!!

Was very pleased, I was greeted as soon as I pulled in and Ed took the car. The inspection was performed and parts were ordered. Parts came in the next day and was able to pick up the car before noon.

The advisor Robby or Roddy was extremely verbally
The advisor Robby or Roddy was extremely verbally abusive. I purchased my vehicle, paid in full at this dealership and this man yelled at me and threatened me. I have escalated this issue to Honda and AutoNation via another dealership. It's unacceptable to be treated the way he spoke to me. The next day the car fell apart while I was driving and I nearly crashed. The technician didn't secure the underside of the vehicle after an oil change. I have requested a callback from the GM and haven't heard anything. Honestly, the way this man spoke to me is degrading to women and he shouldn't be allowed to work with the public.

I recently went in for my air conditioning not working,
I recently went in for my air conditioning not working, Joseph was the one that took care of me. He was amazing! He was not only professional and honest, he was also very knowledgeable and patient. He took his time to explain everything. I was pleasantly surprise when he kept sending me status update via texts. I left my van, and came back in the afternoon to pick it up, and they even washed it for me!! The whole team at AutoNation Honda Sanford is amazing!
