Auto Nation Honda in Sanford is amazing!

Auto Nation Honda in Sanford is amazing!! Joe, my service advisor, consistently provides efficient and effective vehicle maintenance. I purchased my Honda Accord in 2013 from the dealership and have always had the car serviced at Auto Nation Honda with 100% satisfaction. I take comfort driving my nine year old Honda knowing it has been maintained by the best!

DO NOT GO HERE OR ANY AUTONATION DEALERSHIP. The worst Service experience possible. Kennth “Kenny” Love was overworked & underpaid, and those were his words, exactly what he told me. His level of customer service and the lack of management here showed me they do not care about the customer - their service truly reflected that. I came for an oil change, Kenny never even told me I was ready to wait for the car and left me standing around for several minutes until I decided to go and wait. No big deal. The issue was on my way home, my tire pressure light came on. How could this be, I did an oil change and tore rotation. I called Kenny, left 2 messages and never received a call back. Called to speak a manager, and couldn’t get through… so I got sales on the line, of course. The sale guy said they would get a service manager for me but just left me on hold… Tried to call Autonation and can you believe - there isn’t a phone number anywhere on Autonation’s website for customer support….Really? I would expect the largest publicly-traded car company in our country to want to help their customers and have a customer service # on their website…. Nope, not Autonation, this company, like Honda Sanford, doesn’t care. I am appalled by this Honda location and Autonation in general. Horrible service and no customer service. I do not recommend anyone to bring their car for service, even sales. If anything goes wrong - who will help? Clearly, no one - that’s who

Went to Autonation Honda to complete converting the lease

Went to Autonation Honda to complete converting the lease of my 2019 Honda Civic lease to a purchase. (lease had reached full term) Despite some technical issues, the Finance person was very helpful with getting the transaction completed. Thanks Autonation.
