Jose was great to deal with, but the "Finance Guy" needs
Jose was great to deal with, but the "Finance Guy" needs some training. I was paying cash and he was confused as to what to do when the balance was 4 cents and I only had a nickel. LOL

I brought my Civic in for maintenance.
I brought my Civic in for maintenance. Oil, tire rotation and cabin filter. The service person told me $100 but didn’t mention labor. I should have asked. The labor was $300. Also they never called me to pick up the car I just drove down right before closing and has to wait one hour to get get my car it ended up costing over $500 total. Just ridiculous. The service person was also rude to boot. When grabbing my key he grabbed a fob with many keys and the only other one looked like mine so I said I think it’s the other one those aren’t my keys. He came back with the wrong car. When I told him it wasn’t my car he actually got mad at me. Which is hilarious. I don’t have the paperwork in front of me. Out of the two keys on the table one looked just like mine. Maybe read the paper more carefully instead of getting upset with the customer. It was completely uncalled for as I was being very patient. They were understaffed. But that’s no excuse for being rude.

When I was there they charged me Approx $85.00 to tell me I needed a new charging cord for my phone. I purchased a cord from Amazon and it works. Thought that price was kind of high for some simple suggestion. I will continue to use your service though. Overall everything was good. Christine Miller
