I've been going to this dealership for many years.

I've been going to this dealership for many years. Not only have I always had good service for my car but I love the way they take care of their customers. When my office was close by, they offered free shuttle service so I never had to take time out of work. This last time I decided to wait for my service and it was done in no time. When I left there, my vehicle was better than ever. Not only did it run better but they also washed and vacuumed it! I definitely recommend this dealership.

I'm still going to recommend this dealership because

I'm still going to recommend this dealership because until my last visit I have always had good service. However, on my last visit I spent over $5500 to get my Honda 2006 Pilot serviced. The repairs were great and the cost acceptable because I knew it needed a lot of work. However, I had turned in a coupon for 15% off my repair bill up to a maximum of a $150 discount. I found no evidence on my invoice that the discount had been applied. Two weeks later, after a visit to the dealership and two follow-up phone calls, I still haven't received my discount. I was told on my last call that the dealership was trying to figure out how to refund it to me. Last Thursday I was told that I would receive a call by this past Monday morning with how I would receive my refund. Two days later and no call. Once again I will have to call to see what's going on. I have purposely left out the name of the service advisor because I do not know if this is all his fault, or if the dealership is blowing me off. VERY dissatisfied with what is usually a reputable business.
