Will never return.

Will never return. Was emailed the receipt before picking up my car to tell me the total of the service. Arrive and suddenly the price has changed. I had to argue with the advisor, Ed, to explain it didn’t match the email. He basically didn’t care and said they entered the wrong service on what they emailed me and it was the new, higher total. I said no and he stared and made a smile well okay then. Adjusted the bill finally, but was very condescending about it in his behavior following and making sarcastic comments. Have gone to the dealership for service for MANY years, but I think it’s time for a new location. Left a horrible taste in my mouth and would love to speak with a manager.

I took my car into the dealership for an upgrade.

I took my car into the dealership for an upgrade. I was told it might take 1 1/2 hours to complete the job, so I decided to wait around. The seating area was clean and comfortable. There were snacks and bottled water provided, which I thought was nice. Everyone was very courteous, and the work was completed earlier than anticipated. The process couldn’t have been easier!

My car was serviced in a timely manner and at a fare

My car was serviced in a timely manner and at a fare price for what I needed done. My advisor Dan, who I have know for over 25 years was friendly and conducted himself very professional. I will recommend him to my friends.

This is my third sales experience with the Sandford Honda

This is my third sales experience with the Sandford Honda dealership and once again is was exceptional. My salesman Kamal and the sales mgr Richard did the impossible to find me a civic hatch with a stick. I so very pleased, really a great sales team! I do all my servicing there and the service mrg Mike and all his team are top notch. I'm buying cars for the family in NY here because this is just the best experience with a dealership I've ever had.
