It was easy to make an appointment, my car was taken immediately and was ready at the time estimated for service.

I would of liked to have given my service a 5. I scheduled my service with Travis in knowing that I would get efficient and professional service. But as I was pulling in to AutoNation I was cut in by a customer, who, I was informed had a 7:00 am appointment. My appointment was at 7:30 which I arrived at 7:32 am. I said something to one of the other service men that I couldn’t understand that I was on time for my appointment and he took another ahead of me. The serviceman told me she had an appointment at 7:00 am. I was also informed they were short handed. He almost made me feel like being on time for my appointment wasn’t important enough. I informed Travis that I was a little irritated by it. He said they still had to take her first. In my opinion, I feel when someone is running at least a half hour late, they should be in line after the person that showed up on time. It throws everyone else’s schedule off! Not only was she late, but then appeared to be carrying on a conversation, of what appeared to be demands.

My service advisor, Jordan Cruz, was fantastic! He explained everything to me, made sure I received only Honda oil and parts and had them check if I needed a tire rotation (I didn’t yet). Getting my car back cleaned was such a nice surprise. I appreciate his professionalism.

Service was completed faster than estimated time that was given! Dan is awesome, informative and very friendly. Will request him again at my next service appointment.
