New car owner

Took a brand new minivan less then 3 weeks old to AutoNation to fix two warranty items. Mr Cruse is service writer had the car one full day and did nothing. We were told a body man needed to look at it and they would call us Monday. No call on Monday. When I called him back he said that they wouldn?t do the repair and to take it to another dealer. Unbelievable, a brand new van!! Never will I go back to this dealer, NEVER!!!

Tired of Air Bag Replacements

Made an appointment to drop the car off at the early bird service. Was told at the time of the appointment they would put it in at 7:30 am. I was having 2 things done passenger air bag replacement and an oil change. I have had 4 air bags replaced in my Hondas over the time. 3 in Toyota. None of them have taken over 1 1/2 hours. At 11:30 am I called to see if the car was ready. I was on hold for 10 minutes waiting for an answer. Then was told by the service writer that it would be several more hours. I have a feeling something got lost in the process and until I called it was not discovered.
