Service Dept
The Service Dept leaves a lot to be desired. I was mostly happy with the dealership when buying the car but the recent visit to the service dept was not all that good. Service took way too long. Got there at about 9 am and did not leave until after 11am just to have a battery installed. No one seemed to know what was going on.

They won't honor their WARRANTY!
They sold me a 2009 Honda Odyssey about 2 months ago with a 100% bumper to bumper warranty for 90 days and a one year warranty for any motor issues. At the time of purchase I asked 3 people involved with the sale about a very noticeable ticking sound coming from the engine that sounded like lifter noise and asked them to put oil in the car to see if the noise would go away. The service manager, Bobby, told me that they had just replaced the motor and put oil in the car and that the motor needed to settle for a few days. He said if the noise did not go away in one week, I should bring it back and they would fix any problem and gave me a 90 day bumper to bumper 100% warranty along with a one year warranty for any motor issues to sell the car to me. The noise did not go away so I came back for service but could not get an answer about the engine noise. I am now told that the noise with the new engine is a known issue with the motor that was placed on a recall and was never fixed so the warranty company does not want to cover it. I now understand that selling a car with a known recall and not fixing it is considered AUTO FRAUD and I will be consulting an attorney and other remedies if this dealership does not honor their warranty.

Honda Accord 2017 EX
My experience with AutoNation was very satisfying. I had been to quite a few Honda dealership in Orlando and did not have this good experience as I had here at AutoNation Sanford. From the first day, I was treated very politely by the staff person Nancy there. She made sure she give all her time to find a car for me and put in a lot of effort to get me a great deal. I was very satisfied by the service and deal and would recommend the dealership to everyone. We ended up buying 3 Honda cars and it was a very smooth process.

Awesome service
The repair I needed came in less than quoted, they did take a little longer than originally stated but that was due to the car wash and detailing included for free, so I can't complain. Thanks y'all, keep up the great work.
