What an Awesome Salesperson!!!

I did via email compliment Cedric L. (not sure I should be mentioning last names) via email to his Manager but not to those who it really should matter, the general public. So here it goes! I was contacted by Cedric L. since I was at the website and put in my information & requesting details on a specific car since looking for a car that same week. There was a lot of calling back and forth for a few days. This was very stressful for me since I was purchasing a car and did not want to be taken for a ride, since I've heard very bad stories from people purchasing cars anywhere. Although Cedric was calm on the phone I was still a nervous wreck since this was a major purchase. Long story short when I got to the dealer he was waiting for me. Talk about a calming affect, he was it! I did not feel the pressure of someone trying to push me in buying a car, he listened to my concerns and what I wanted. He came through all way from beginning to end, he made this an easy transaction although the process took some time, I could not believe my son was driving out that evening with the car he had selected. I would highly recommend Cedric L. as part of your team, he is what has me thinking of purchasing my next car at AutoNation Ford of Sanford instead of somewhere else. Wonderful as Always!

I've been going to Autonation Honda for years now, my Pilot is my 4th Honda over the last 10 years. Rad has taken care of me the past several visits by chance and going forward I will always ask for him for any of my service needs. He's a great, attentive, and has always made me feel like I can only leave the dealership being 100% satisfied. Autonation is lucky to have him!

Honda Recall

After receiving a recall notice on our Honda Accord, I called to a set an appointment. THis was handled easily, efficiently and was able to accommodate us quickly. Once there we were greeted and set up with our Service Advisor, Radhames Mehia. He was perfect - got us in and out with no problems. He addressed the process and explained it to us. We felt very good when we left the dealership.

Autonation Sanford Fl.

Great sales staff and service staff as well. Have to drive 128 miles to get there but it's worth it.

AutoNation Service Evaluation

I was advised there was a service recall on my vehicle, I made an appointment for the next day. I was greeted at the service department by my representative, Courtney. He took my car and directed me to the customer lounge. He said it might be as long as two hours for the repair, I had also requested an oil change. Within an hour Courtney was back with my car. I was very pleased with the fast and courteous service.

Honda Sanford

All sales were nice until I bought the car after that you need to wait for everything or they have no answer if you buy any car put it in writing what need it to be done. We find few issues with certified car
