AutoNation Honda Sanford

Repair my door locks in a timely manner and with no cost to me, even though the car was years out of warranty.

I recently purchased my first vehicle from this dealership after an unsatisfactory experience with another dealership and let me tell you they are amazing here! My sales rep Justin was very friendly and approachable. He wasn't pushy at all and was very knowledgeable about the whole process (and cars in general). From the start we were greeted warmly and offered refreshments by multiple staff members. Everyone here is just great! On a Friday we got straight to work as I was interested in a specific vehicle and he went over everything with me. That vehicle didn't end up being our purchase even though it was a great deal, but we were so impressed with their customer service and attention to detail that we decided to come back the following Monday. Once again, wonderful customer service on everyone's part. Justin worked with us to get me an SUV that I loved and I got an amazing deal on it! Everything was wrapped up nice and neat and it didn't take forever. Ibrahim from financing helped with finalizing the paperwork and he was wonderful as well! My husband and I had dinner while they finished up paperwork and we were done! I absolutely recommend this dealership, Justin and Ibrahim (and really, everyone) were so great! I really feel like they went above and beyond to help us through it all.
