Ridgeline maintenance visit
Thanks to Honda service personnel for making the maintenance visit more enjoyable. Shondra arranged shuttle to/from local shopping and restaurant so 1.5 hour wait time was much more enjoyable. Thanks Cosmo and Michelle for the ride! Bryson, service advisor, arranged for everything to be checked out including rotating tires. Truck was ready for us when we arrived and we got immediate attention. Thanks everybody for making this such a pleasant experience.

Great buying experience!!!
This was my first new car buying experience. I expressed my desire to purchase a 2017 Honda Accord and the price I wanted to pay. They met my expectations with no high pressure sales tactics. Overall it was a great experience, and my salesman Jonathan Cleveland was awesome.

Lease gone wrong
I did not have the best experience attempting to lease a vehicle on my own for the first time. My family and I have been leasing through Autonation Honda and Acura since 2002 and have been happy throughout. However, I was misinformed on more than one occasion at the dealership in a 3 month period and it ended up being a managers fault. I am also not knowledgeable on leasing vehicles and the process of leasing and it definitely showed. I did end up leasing through Autonation, but I did not feel as happy about it as I would've thought. The reason I gave 4 stars is because of Louis Cabrera. He was incredible! He respected me and made me feel like an equal and understood my frustration. He spoke to me like a friend and even better like a real person. He's a great listener and helped me understand the outcome of the decision where I didn't have to question anything or worry if it even was a good decision. I love my car and I'm glad I was able to speak to him more about the issues with my lease experience. He's a wonderful addition to Honda and there should be more people like him

Messy experience
I am on my second leased vehicle through this dealership and seriously doubt that there will be a 3rd after the experience that I had. During my interaction with my sales-rep, I was asked if I played any sports - when I asked him why he thought I played any sports, his response was that "all Asians and Chinese people play sports, like table tennis and golf". During the course of signing the final paperwork, the finance representative was more concerned about selling me a warranty package than he was with entering my information in the computer correctly. Even after correcting him with the current zip code, I didn't receive the statement because my zip code was entered incorrectly. Luckily I called Honda to request a duplicate statement and learned of the typo. The biggest issue, I called for 2 weeks straight and left messages each day to have someone from Finance call me back, as the balance on my trade-in was not paid off. I received 2 call backs from different people, and was promised that they would look in to the issue and call me back either the same day or the following --- received 0 calls back. Almost 3 days before the balance of my trade was due, I luckily received a call from the SALES department, asking if I was interested in the car I ALREADY leased. I was blessed to finally get a manager by the name of Richard, who took ownership of my issue and had it resolved - but had I not received that sales call, I don't think this issue would've been resolved without me having to drive up to the dealership. Such a messy experience... Make sure you have EVERYTHING in a row before interacting with this dealership.

Leasing experience
Very nice experience with Mr Andes. Everyone was very nice. We were offered water and coffee. We will be back in August to trade in my partners lease with Mr Andes.
