Missing air intake filter box screws
I had my oil changed at autonation honda in sanford FL and after doing so they checked my air filter and the other usual checks. After that I purchased an air filter to install myself and that's when I noticed they didn't put the screws back in the air intake filter box. I called and spoke with Tom the service manager and was told to look at my paperwork to see they made a note of it. He tells me 2 of the screws were broken but didn't have an answer for the 2 missing screws then, proceeds to say it will be about $46.00 to replace them or I can get some from lowes. Autonation is the only place I've had this car serviced since I purchased it 3 years ago, so nobody noticed this before now? I guess 4 screws would break the bank. This is the second time I've had a problem and received less than excellent service I'm very unhappy how my service problems are handled and I thinks it's time to take my car somewhere else.

The Sales man of the year
Charle Twilley is a very easy person to talk to and a very easy person to deal with. He is Very knowledgable about the Honda cars. He is friendly and makes you feel like you are the only one around. He is eager to answer all your questions and goes out of his way to make sure he answers in a way you will understand. I have bought two Hondas from Charles. I have been very pleased with both. I was so pleasantly surprised my my most recent experience at Auto Nation Honda that I had to share. before I start, let me say it is at least a decade or more since I bought a new car. The wife and I drift in to look around and a sales person offers to assist. ME - my hackles rise. Turns out to be completely unnecessary. Ibrahim was such a pleasant gentlemen. knowledgeable, unassuming and very helpful. we test drove and left. that nigot I was all over the Internet looking at options, and managed to upsell myself to leather and turbo-charged with all sorts of electronic options. Ibrahim obliges with a test drive the next day. We decide to take a car with feature combinations that they did not have on the lot. within 24 hours our car was there. After a pleasant meeting with Jessica (Ibrahim's manager) and Fernanda (the finance director), we drove off in a lovely new Honda Civic. I have never considered buying a car a pleasant experience, but this team did everything possible to make it so. Thanks team for making an undertaking I was dreading so palatable. Awesome.

we value you, but not like that
Found this place after signing up for alerts on cars.com. I received notification that a car that met my criteria was at this dealership. went online and saw the car. They had an option to reserve the car so no one could sell it if you provided a deposit. Did so and planned to check out the car within their 2 day window the deposit provided. Scheduled an appointment to view the car and headed off to work. I wanted to show the car to a coworker and went to the site and the car was not showing up. Sent and email to find out if the car was still available got a response that it was. Adjusted my plans to go see the car the same day (before my appt the next day) and called this time to confirm the car was there. Again i was told it was available and would be waiting for me to test drive. I leave work early and drive to the dealership. (luckily i beat rush hour traffic) only to have them tell me the car was no only not on site, but had been shipped to a dealership in Georgia. If they don't value your time, how can they even be expected to value your business. Relying on a computer system for reporting is one thing but use your eyes for verification. the walk to the lot would have saved me the disappointment and possibly provided them with the opportunity for an alternative purchase to be made.

Best Car Buying Experience yet!
The experience was overall very positive. I went to buy a 2017 Honda Civic Hatchback and worked with a salesman named Kent. He gave me a great deal below the KBB fair price estimate and worked with me on the value of my trade, a 2003 Honda Accord. I would recommend this dealership to all of my friends, I would also suggest asking for Kent since he showed a penchant for making things happen, and I intend to take my car there for service in the future. This is my first car buying experience with Honda Autonation and I suspect this will be the place I go to for my next car, as long as Honda keeps making great cars!

I came in and met Charles Twilley. He was great with me. I told him what wanted and what price I was looking at. He made it happen. He is very good, and there was never any pressure.
