Purchasing A New CarIn Cash
Your salesman was great, your finance man was great. Your policy to make a cash customer 78, years old, handicapped, with a credit score of 816 have to have 2 different ways to pay is stupid. I gave a check for the full amount of purchase. It was not accepted. I had to rush to bank the next day for $10,500.00, put the balance on a credit card. To me this old lady is not out to scam you. You could hold the car until the check cleared the bank.I was ready to walk at this policy. I have bought cars in my name only for 40 years and paid cash with a personal check.

Ton of Overdue Repairs
Travis? integrity & the trust we have in Travis are the main reasons we still travel the distance to this shop, which was near where I worked. I have not worked in Lake Mary for over 4-yrs.

I also! want to mention that Keith Bunton my finance person was amazing, financing is the worst part about buying a car, and he made it as pleasant as possible. Explained the process to where I could understand. Keith also! did not mind that my sister-in-law and brother were helping me and were asking very strong questions .Keith was great!. The process did not take as long as I imagined it would.

The dealership has the best knowledge when it comes to servicing your vehicle. However, they charge way too much money for the services so I gave them 3 stars. Did not have any popcorn either to eat while waiting like they used to.

Do not go here with the mind set of purchasing in CASH. You need 2 different ways to purchase. I gave them a check in full that was not accepted. I ham 78, a widow, handicapped. I had to rush to the bank on a Saturday with draw a large amount of cash, put the balance on a credit card to pay for my Honda. Why could they not have waited for my check to clear. I have a credit score of 816. I have purchased cars by personal check for 40 years or more and never had this problem. I do not know the process for financing, it may be an easier process, I can not say.

Right from tbe moment I drove up I was greeted and welcomed in. I had an appointment with Nancy and she immediately came yo greet us. She was very nice and friendly. Nancy also introduced us yo Stanley, who took me on a test drive, explaining everything about the car. When we returned I was ready to buy the Touring.Nancy and everyone made my experience very pleasant and less stressful.I am very happy with my 2023 Civic Touring. Simply The Best
It was fantastic couldn’t have been better I was so pleased .Matt and Michelle were amazing from the time I arrived to the time I left they took outstanding care of Me. My appt was on time and I added another service they took care of both and I was out earlier than expected. Matt was 100% couldn’t have done anymore I was so pleased. Michelle was also 100% Did all and more for Us greeted us as soon as we walked in helped us get intro to Matt helped with coffee put in a film checked in with us to make sure We were ok got us coffee refills just an amazing visit all around.
