Great vehicle purchase and service experience (just nails in tire covered under warranty). This is the 3rd vehicle my wife and I have purchased and we'll be back for the next one.

Fast and friendly service.

Fast and friendly service. They provided a lot of details on what was being done with recommendations. I needed a few things more than an oil change but they didn’t do a hard sale.

Appointment

Three appointments later and I finally got my tire change! No phone call to tell me my tire wasn?t order,and then second appointment it still wasn?t in! No phone call to tell me don?t come in and waste your gas! Third time I called to see if the tire was there,it was and I was happy about that!Then asked if I wanted a car wash,I said yes.I?m pretty sure they washed the wrong car, because it looked the same when I left! Lol But it?s all good now!

Buying a car is ALWAYS stressful.

Buying a car is ALWAYS stressful....in this market, even more stressful. We were in a situation where we had to get a car and could not find anything we really liked. This dealership had more selection then almost any other we looked into. I have to say, Ryan K, our salesperson was patient and relaxed and VERY helpful. Ryan K returned calls and stayed in contact with us for a few days until we eventually found a beautiful black on black Civic, just off the truck! Once we made the decision, he even came in on his day off to finalize the sale. We LOVE the car and appreciate the service.

For my most recent service, I was able able to get a same

For my most recent service, I was able able to get a same day appointment to have my oil changed. At the dealer’s recommendation, I had my tires rotated and balanced and got new windshield wipers as well. All was done in a timely manner and my service agent Ken Love was very wonderful to deal with. He discussed with us what the options were and then called us promptly when our car was ready. I love my vehicle and my dealership is part of taking great care of it.
