Standard oil change and tire rotation

I was in for my normal oil change and tire rotation. Overall, they did a good job, and I was in and out in about an hour. The only complaint I have is they did not reset my oil life setting. So now it is at 40% but was just changed. Fortunately, I don't out a lot of miles on my car so the oil life % isn't an issue. I'll get it changed again at the end of 2023

went in for routine oil change that lasted for almost 4

went in for routine oil change that lasted for almost 4 hours. My service advisor Joseph is amazing and always has been helping where he can and looking out for this family fan. The issue is the staffing is poor, less service personal and mechanics which extends wait times and new Mechanics which even adds more delays to work causing way to long wait times like delays at the Orlando airport. Honestly I will have to go else where for routine service as I can not have my wife wait 4 hours for an oil change. Advisor is great and deserves a rate or change of location to grow and manage.
