My experience in purchasing my new CRV was excellent. Special praise for Kamal Abidi for his very professional help in the process. Finding and getting the right car had its challenges in this market, but he was there every step of the way to make it happen. Accolades also go to Malfi Jacques for making the business end of the sale go so well! I would recommend this dealer and especially these two individuals for their important roles!

Maintenance service was done quickly and all services

Maintenance service was done quickly and all services were completed as requested. Hope the shuttle service can return soon. Car wash is a nice bonus.

Why the hassle!

I went to AN Chevy off Colonial and found a truck I wanted, without any haggling the pricing was fair but the truck was at another AN location. I wanted to see the truck so I shot over to that location to see it. I told the associate there that I was working with someone already but that didn't matter, he wanted "his" sale. I viewed the truck and said I wanted it, the sales man says they can get me the same financing that chevy got me but it far from the same. AN Honda in sanford tried to get me for an extra $9k with the financing, I had to go back and show them what the original finance terms that were offered to me and threaten to return the truck. In the end I'm "close" to what was originally offered but I know now not to do business with them, AutoNation Chevy on the other hand I owe business to.
