High prices, suggested service that was not needed, slow.

Thank you Jordan for taking great care of me, realized I had a flat tire, immediately I called Honda to get a replacement and Jordan promised to be ready as soon as I got in. And also went above and beyond to get the best information on the tires and told me about current promotions to help me save money as well.

I have been coming to Sanford Auto Nation for many years

I have been coming to Sanford Auto Nation for many years until my old Odyssey died off. I had to wait several years in order to purchase a new vehicle. The pandemic came and I had to wait, but when the opportunity came I went back to this Honda where I was immediately greeted and helped by my Honda friends. Dee got right on it to locate the vehicle I was trying to find. She found it in Miami in mint condition and brought it right up to the dealership for me. I was very thankful that she found it after waiting so long to purchase a new vehicle. Since them all my Honda friends I still visit and enjoy. Plus, I always get great service from my advisor, Jordan Cruz. He is always there for me to give me prompt attention and excellent service. I am so thankful for all of them and my new Honda Odyssey. Thank you!

From the moment I called until I arrived at the place

From the moment I called until I arrived at the place everyone was very friendly. I would like to highlight one of the sales employees, Martin Delgado. This was my first car purchase and not just any car, this was the car of my dreams. Thanks to Delgado, one of my dreams came true. He was the one who answered each question, and when he didn't have the answer he looked for it. He was very attentive and patient, since we were waiting for my family to arrive at the dealership to fully make the decision. And last but not least, I also want to thank the Honda team who were also part of the process.
