i realize the maintenance works on commission.
i realize the maintenance works on commission. visit before last it was recommended to replace engine mounts, i could not afford it and so i scheduled it later. i called in advance to make sure they had the parts. the day i arrived they did not have the parts. there was no driver to go anywhere so i arranged for some one to drive me around. i had to call to find out the parts weren't there. they rescheduled and cancelled. i ended up talking to the manager because they wanted to reschedule when i couldnt come since my vacation was over. he scheduled me and told me there would be a ride away from dealer. there was not. at lunch time i called my friend and told my service person who said my car would be ready shortly and i should cancel my ride. i did. 30 minutes later, 10 minutes after it would be ready, i paid and it should have been brought forward as i was told it was in the car wash. 30 minutes I asked the service person to go find it and it had just got to the wash. the service person brought it to me wet.1.5 hours after i was going to lunch. i recommend more people be hired and communication be worked on.

I had AutoNation Honda to do some extra work on my Pilot,
I had AutoNation Honda to do some extra work on my Pilot, preparing it to pull a camper trailer. They worked with me and the manufacturer of the parts I needed installed to get just what I needed. The Service Department worked with the Sales Department to get the job done right. After a 3500 trip, the vehicle with the new parts performed exceptionally well pulling the RV camper.
