I have been bringing my Civic and Accord to Sanford Honda
I have been bringing my Civic and Accord to Sanford Honda for years of service and have no complaints. My service writer Joe is awesome and delivers on-time promised services every time! His honesty and integrity are hard to find these days and those qualities are what keep me loyal to any business. The service techs have done great work as well over the years! My 2012 Civic is my business vehicle and is critically needed every day for 200-300 miles. Going strong at 237,000 + miles and looking forward to 300k!

We received an Service engine alert at approximately 4:30
We received an Service engine alert at approximately 4:30 P.M. on our HONDA Pilot on Wednesday while visiting in Florida. We had planned to leave Florida for South Carolina on Thursday morning but did not want to go that distance without having the alert checked. We called AutoNation Honda at 4:45 to inquire about the earliest appoint explaining our situation and we were given an appointment for Thursday morning at 7:30. We arrived at 7:29 our HONDA was taken back and we were on the road by 9:00 for Lexington, South Carolina. The staff also was very kind and professional (Joseph was our service man). Thanks to all who helped in this situation.
