VERY sleazy car salesman.
Called and made an offer on a car which was countered with their offer.Called the next day to tell them i would be driving the 10 hour drive...price went up $1000.Agree to this as that this was a speciality car.Told them that i wanted the car fully detailed and ready to go INCLUDING the rugs to be detailed as that i could see from the pics it needed attention.On my way there i asked the manager if the rugs had been cleaned and he ASSURED they were.Get there after a 10 hour drive...low and behold the rug was never detailed as promised...could easily tell by the same stain in the pics AND by the 10 inch by 10 inch wide and 2 inches DEEP of water that were on the rug behind the passenger seat.Manager stated one of the salesman must have left the window open.I informed him that the Towncars are known for such leaks and this needs to be addressed.He vacuumed it out.Was closing time at this point...got a hotel room...came back to test drive the next day...more water is in the car from last nights rain.When i asked him why he did not clean the rugs like he told me he had ...thus clearly he would be aware of the pond in the back...he became indifferent and turned on a dime.Was so pissed of i had to get out of the place.Two 10 hour days of driving...meals and tollls and $ 140 for hotel room for a total of about $350. Stay away. These people have been selling cars for to long ...just sell the dealership and let some else do the job.
Mr. Farley, The vehicle you came to see was not known to have a water leak. When you were looking over the vehicle you told me the rug was a little wet and it was taken care immediately. This vehicle has since been sold. Regards, Rick Izzo, GSM
Sleazy car salesman
I just called and asked for a test drive since I live an hour away. I drove the hour to test drive the vehicle. I waited patiently since there was another test drive going. I was given the keys to look it over while the salesman said he was grabbing the plates. I waited for quite a while and the salesman finally came out, but with no plates. He asked what I thought and I expressed again that I wanted to test drive the vehicle. He then said oh let me check if you can test drive it. What? He never even asked for my license and it became clear he had no desire to let me test drive the vehicle. He then said if I wasn’t willing to pay full price, then I couldn’t test drive the vehicle. How an I supposed to know if I even like it if I haven’t even test driven the vehicle?? He literally treated me like I was a peasant and couldn’t afford the car or something. By this point, I was very aggravated. I told him you low balled me on my trade in and then told me basically if I don’t pay the asking price (5k over value), then I can’t test drive the car. He then told me modified cars are worth more if they are German, which is a lie. I said thanks for wasting my time and got in my vehicle. He responded I didn’t waste your time, which I responded yes you did…I requested a test drive, drove an hour here, and you won’t even let me test drive it. As I was driving away, he (Richard) called me a xxxxing xxxxxxx. I will admit, I responded just as vulgarly. Oddly enough, on my way home, the GM called and left a message saying he would give me more for my trade in and would be willing to drop the price on the BMW. Really? After all that? I’d never purchase a car from these people. Check out the yelp reviews, they aren’t good! Stay clear of this dealer! These guys are scam artists, sell overpriced lemons, and provide zero customer service. Run far away!

Your salesman acted professionally and had a polite conversation with you about the vehicle and the vehicles firm asking price. Your reply was "Price is ridiculous!". Based on your response we have many vehicles that customers just want to take for a ride. Don’t buy that ‘11 Honda baby
Went to see a used car, low mileage, seemingly clear CarFax. Friendly staff. Checked features. Went to turn on car- didn’t turn on. Told it was bc I checked lights. If the battery is that low, it can’t sustain the lights for 1 minute there’s a bigger issue. Was told battery would be replaced. Never got a call. They’re still trying to sell car presumably with dying battery or engine. Car likely bought by one family member or employee and sold to another, hence the “two owners only” and “personal use” but few details about engine and battery.

Let me start by saying that you often brace yourself when going into or even calling a car dealership. You mentally prepare yourself for the “pushy salesmen"....well...not here at Superior Auto! Instead, you will get friendly people who don’t try to push anything on you. They’re helpful. They actually listen and they are more than accommodating. That was my experience with everyone I interacted with at Superior Auto! If I could give Superior Auto and the staff 100 stars, I would! Specifically, Aiden Masterson & Richard Izzo, both sales consultants are who you want to ask for! They are the best! Aiden went above and beyond in helping me by being completely prepared with all the answers to any of the questions I would have and for any questions he did not know the answer to (which was not many) he went to the person who could answer them and gave me their info as well! There was never a moment in which I felt pressured or unsure, as Aiden made my experience smooth and easy. I simply could not have asked for anything to have gone any better unless I was getting a vehicle for free! All of my calls were answered or returned promptly and even though they are very busy, they made me feel as if I was their top priority and my business truly mattered to them. 💯 After I made my decision as to what I wanted to buy, it was time for the often dreaded task of filling out applications and waiting for the call from someone in the business/finance department. Well, let me tell you....this was probably the most satisfying part of my experience here! Aiden directed me to their website, sascars.com and told me exactly which page to go to to fill out my application. At the same time, I was able to send a picture of any documentation they needed (which was not much) very quickly all while still on the phone with him so that he could make sure it was received! I was extremely and pleasantly surprised when I received a call, not only on the very same day, but within a couple hours from their bussines/finance manager, Mr. Andre Borusowski, Andre is THE MOST amazing, experienced, knowledgeable and intelligent man that I have ever spoke to in a business finance sense. And I mean every word of that! Andre was very straightforward, honest and knew exactly what he was talking about, which made me feel extremely comfortable and I knew that I was getting the best possible rate, price, warranty and everything else that goes with the financial part of buying a new vehicle! Definitely no BS and no hidden agenda or fees or words that you don't understand here. He did not sugar coat anything, he gave it to me exactly like it was and treated me with the utmost respect, he answered every single question that I had for him with complete candor and pleasantness. 💯 Superior Auto Sales was the easiest dealership I have ever worked with.🤝 Excellent customer service all around and attention-to-detail. I highly recommend anyone to go see them! You will NOT be disappointed! The entire process was stress free and actually enjoyable! I had the pleasure of working with Andre. He was great! Very informative and helpful. The entire car buying process was so smooth and easy to do. I most definitely recommend everyone going here for their next vehicle purchase! I got vehicles from other places (in close proximity) and they just wasted my time and all my money. Buyer beware. This was the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I had to trade it in after only owning for three weeks. I would defiantly look elsewhere.

Nearly every vehicle we acquire has a previous owner who sold or traded it in and we then recondition the car and check it over. Some items may slip through the cracks on the initial service inspection. We try to handle all issues as they come up but there may be occasional issues that are overlooked and are not found until after the customer views the vehicle, test drives or takes delivery. We try to rectify these situations whenever possible. Superior Auto continues to try to meet all of our customers needs and expectations. Thank you.
Came to check out a car, Out of all the sales people speeding in and out of the parking lot, not one came by to help me. I then went on to inspect the car myself, to find out the sunroof was left open. Extremely disappointed in the whole situation, I took off time from work to come and left upset. When I explained in an email what happened I was met with a “you were here? why didn’t you come in?!”.
Jake, we are a family owned dealership and currently only have 2 Sales Managers and 2 Salesmen on staff so perhaps the people you saw speeding around were actually customers or transport drivers. Since we are family owned and don't have a massive staff, we don't always see everyone who is walking the lot, especially if they are only out there for a few minutes. You also state you weren't assisted but it appears that you showed up without giving us any notice and didn't even enter the building, making it difficult for us to actually assist you. Had you made an appointment or walked in the door to let us know you were here, we would have been happy to assist you.
