Salesperson was knowledgeable and did not overly push

Salesperson was knowledgeable and did not overly push add-ons to sale. Financing was a little slower but all worked out. The one-on-one with the tech person was a nice touch as was the final send off. Overall a very nice experience and would by from again. Thank you.

The dealership that goes the distance

All the people I had the pleasure of meeting with were absolutely great to work with especially Tyler and Gabe. They made every step of the process stress free and exceeded my expectations. I have been buying cars for almost fifty years and never had the seller deliver the car to me! The dealership just oozes class.

Lexus for Life

My family stopped in to look at certified pre owned and Kari and her team went above and beyond to listen and advise on our wishlist. With our generous trade in, Kari assisted us in our 2023 RX 350. Great Experience!

I have to give a shout-out to the staff at Lexus of Akron/Canton for making my most recent car buying experience so easy. My sales consultant ,Yoko Tsutsui, was awesome! She was so efficient, pro-active and pleasant to talk to that everything was pretty much taken care of without me even stepping foot into the dealership. What a great person to represent a business. At delivery, Veronica Ostrowske, seamlessly completed all of the necessary paperwork and explained optional Lexus products I might be interested in. And before driving my new vehicle out the door, I got to work with Alexis Scott. She sat in the vehicle with me and explained all of the car’s tech. Those minutes with her saved me hours of searching the owner’s manual. Really liked working with this dealership -beautiful facilities and awesome staff.

Yoko was excellent

Buy a new car from Mark Stacy.

I went in for an oil change and came out with a new car. Mark Stacy was so great in showing me I probably needed something to replace my 2011 Lexus, which I knew was in my future. I love my new car and will enjoy dealing with Lexus of Akron/Canton in the future. Mark was so knowledgeable and helpful with all of my questions. It was a very painless experience. I strongly recommend Lexus of Akron Canton!

Lexus of Akron Canton has been servicing our Lexus vehicles for over 22 years. Mr. Marty Richards has always taken care of us. He, along with the tech staff, have done an outstanding job with our vehicles every single time we have been there. The same can be said of general manager Mr. Peter Spacagna. We could have asked for better service!
