Accommodating unplanned, unscheduled service.
Traveling several hundred miles from home had trouble with closing our trunk. Called to ask for help, told me I could stop by. When I got there the person I had talked to was gone, and had not told anyone about my call. But the service desk listened to my problem, got the car looked at, and in about 45 minutes I was able to continue my travels (which I could not have done with a trunk that did not close properly) and I did not need to reschedule any reservations or plans.

I truly enjoy going to Lexus of Akron Canton dealership for my Lexus service. The service repair people are very knowledgeable and they make me feel welcome. Currently the dealership is remodeling their sales area. Robert was my service repair person. Overall my visit was very enjoyable. If you are thinking about buying a Lexus.
