Service Department

I have normally received excellent service since 2013 and intend to continue bringing our two Lexus cars to Lexus of Akron for service. Sales department and general management are still first rate. Norm in Service is excellent at his job. However, recently, things have declined somewhat below the expected Lexus standard in the Service Department. (There has been a recent major remodeling so that could explain some of the issues that follow): Repeated voicemails left with service dept. and service manager were not returned. When I asked about this I was told the telephone system had issues. The Wi-fi was not working and couldn't be corrected while we were there. The car wash system was unavailable due to being updated. Snacks in the customer waiting area have been substantially reduced. I specifically asked if a new updated windshield service sticker was applied and told that it was but it wasn't. I asked to have all four tires set to a pressure of 36 lbs. 2 were at 35 and 2 were at 34. Some of these issues are in the minor category but not to be expected in a luxury dealership. I offer this critique in the spirt of helpfulness to management in correcting issues as appropriate. C:\Milford, RA\LEXUS SERVICE rating .wpd

Fantastic experience at Lexus Akron Canton

Mark Stacy (salesman) was outstanding to work with. He answered all questions honestly. The overall experience was enjoyable. The dealership was clean and everyone was kind and approachable. Definitely recommend.

Expected a great experience and it was delivered

Shelley and Janelle made every step of the way smooth. From the test drive and my trade all the way to the final signature. With such a smooth transaction I struggle to think of anyway they can improve. Top notch all the way!

Great service, as usual!

I just took my Lexus in for an annual servicing and I could not be happier with the service I received. My car has low miles, so the usual service milestones do not apply in my circumstances. Marty checked everything and did only what my car needed, which was an oil change. The crew are professional, efficient, and I highly recommend them. I won't go to any other service department.

Courtesy and kindness is always #1 at this dealership. Accommodations are inconvenient for everyone as they go through remodeling but they have done a good job of making do.

The Best

Excellent. From service to sales. Entire staff is friendly, understanding and professional. My wife and I have purchased or leased 6 Lexus from them. This in its self shows the excellence of this dealership

Roughing it

Even though the dealership is undergoing major construction, Robbie made the experience very comfortable. The service is always done in a timely manner and the technicians are very knowledgeable
